Bruker Paravision 4.0 Type of Image Reconstruction
Hello everyone!

Anyone here using the MRI Bruker Paravision software?

I would need to know with which method (SENSE or GRAPPA) the T2-weighted images are reconstructed (as example by using a Multi Slice Multi Echo sequence)

Thank you in advance!
Riccardo

MRI contrast side effects
Hi hoping you can help. I had a brain mri w and w/o contrast and mra. Weird skin sensation now like tingling and also some shaking. Maybe the shaking from anxiety? Just afraid of contrast side effects

What is the state of the art in non-rigid registration of MRI slabs?
Are there widely accepted methods for non-rigid registration of (partially overlapping) MRI slabs? What is the best way to get rid of the steps between the individual slabs in 3D?

Contrast in GRE
I have found an explanation of GRE contrast in the book "MRI, The Basics - Ray Hashman Hashemi, William G. Bradley Jr., Christopher J. Lisanti - 3rd Ed. Chapter 20. Gradient Echo: Part I (Basic Principles)". Here is a link with a screenshot https://photos.app.goo.gl/88e2iJ7amEQTWg1r9rnA "> https://photos.app.goo.gl/88e2iJ7amEQTWg1r9rnA "longer TR enhances T1 weighting". And a table in the end of the chapter. But there is a contraversions opinion in other sources. For example, http://www.mri-q.com/spoiled-gre-parameters.html.rnrnThere is described that "The lengthening of TR cause increase PD weighting, and shortening TR increase T1 weighting".
